Delete your account and all its data

In the app (fastest):

Open RTC Fitness and go to Settings.
Open Your data.
Tap Delete Account, then Delete My Account, and type DELETE to confirm.

Your account and everything stored with it are deleted straight away, from our servers and from the phone. This works the same on Android and iPhone.

Without the app: email Richardstrim89@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my account", from the email address you signed in with. We delete the account and its data within 30 days and reply to confirm.

Delete some or all of your data, but keep your account

In the app: Settings → Your data → Reset All Data clears your workouts, meals, weigh-ins, sleep, progress and progress photos, and the cloud copy with it on the next sync. Your sign-in stays.
Individual entries (a weigh-in, a meal, a logged workout) can be removed where they are shown in the app.
Progress photos are stored only on your phone; delete them in Progress → Body, or uninstall the app.
Without the app: email Richardstrim89@gmail.com saying which data you want deleted. We act on it within 30 days.

What is deleted, and what is kept

Deleted	Your sign-in account (email, name, user ID); your profile (age, sex, height, weight, body fat, goals); workouts, plans, meals, nutrition, sleep, steps, weigh-ins, badges and rewards; progress photos and reminders on the phone; the cloud backup of all of these.
Kept	Purchase records of a Pro subscription, held by Google Play, the Apple App Store and our subscription processor (RevenueCat), are kept as long as the law requires for tax and accounting (typically up to 6-10 years). They contain no fitness or health data. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription: cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions, or in your Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Kept until you ask	Referral codes, referral records and reward codes linked to your account (codes, account IDs and dates only, no health data) are not removed automatically yet. Email Richardstrim89@gmail.com and we delete them within 30 days.
Backups	Deleted data leaves our active database immediately; any copy in routine service backups is overwritten within 30 days.
Ads and usage statistics	Ad data is handled by Google AdMob under Google's own policies; you can reset your advertising ID in your phone's settings. Anonymous usage statistics held in Google Analytics are kept for the period set in our Firebase settings; email us if you want them removed.

Deleted
